Each rebalance day, a letter lands in your dashboard. For every name that left or arrived, it shows which inputs moved its score, and which way. Say one company’s profitability slipped and its price momentum faded. Another got cheaper against its peers while profitability held. Just the inputs, no news stories. Quarter by quarter, you learn what moves a stock’s rank.

What you get, every quarter.
The model ranks every company.
Every listed US company is scored against the others in its peer group: similar size, valuation and recent price trend.
It keeps 20.
From the top tenth it holds the 20 largest companies, one per peer group, weighted by size, none above 10%.
Your account is rebalanced.
Trades are placed at the custodian to move your account from last quarter's list to this one.
You read the letter.
Every sale and purchase, explained. Then nothing happens until the next quarter.
Every input the model uses comes from academic research on what predicts stock returns.
Research from 1973 to 2025 studied every one of these 124 inputs as a predictor of stock returns: more than 80 papers, most of them in the Journal of Finance, the Journal of Financial Economics, the Review of Financial Studies and the accounting journals. Oakshire wrote none of those papers and chose none of the inputs. You don’t have to trust us. Trust the people who came before us.

- The model running on your own brokerage account
- Four rebalances a year, placed for you
- A letter each quarter explaining every change
- The dashboard, with every trade and document

Four things to know before you join.
- Oakshire is not yet registered.
- Registration as an investment adviser is in progress. Until it is effective there is no advisory service and nothing is charged. The founding list reserves launch pricing and nothing else.
- The model can lose money.
- Any stock portfolio can fall, and a portfolio that follows one method can fall further than the market in a given year.
- 20 stocks, not the whole market.
- The portfolio is more concentrated than an index fund, by design, and will not move like one.
- The first deposit is $100.
- So every position clears the broker's minimum order. After that, add any amount from $10.
